1.Immanuel Emoefe
Immanuel Emoefe holds an M.Sc degree in International Politics, an astute manager of human and material resources, he was first a General Manager for eight years with Ramah Petroleum Company, a marine based outfit serving in the Niger Delta region. Upon the establishment of Portplus Limited in 2004 he was appointed the pioneer MD/CEO a position he holds till date.

2. Captain Godfrey Needham
Godfrey Needham, a Master Mariner has vast experience in all classes of ships as a Deck Officer. As our technical partner, he is presently working ashore at senior management level in fleet management and operations with Offshore Marine Services (OMS) of Cape Town, South Africa. Godfrey Needham is a member of the Lloyd's SCOPIC panel and he is regularly engaged as a salvage Master and Manager by South African Maritime Authorities.

3. Commander A. Makinde (Rtd)
Akinwummi Olugbenga Makinde is a retired Naval Officer with twenty-three years experience from the Nigerian Navy. As a Seaman Officer, he is specialized in anti-submarine and general warfare management. Among other appointments, he was Base Operations Officer NNS OLOKUN now NNS BEECROFT, Director of Admin Fleet Maintenance Corps and also the Naval Component Commander of Operation Sweep, a Lagos State Security outfit. He comes with a wealth of experience in Maritime operations / security management. He is presently the operations manager of Portplus Limited.

4. Oguntoye Olusegun David
Oguntoye Olusegun is a Science graduate from the University of Lagos with an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, (LASU). He is a Certified National Accountant and member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He brings to bear over fifteen years work experience as an Accountant and Admin Personnel Manager from various organizations. His background includes Auditing, Accounting, Hospitality, Engineering, Investment Consulting & Investment Portfolio Management. He serves Portplus Limited as Head, Finance and Administration.

Technical Partners

Offshore Maritime Services (OMS) is our technical partner based in South Africa. Our services are in the areas of Towage and Salvage Brokers; Marine Surveying; Ship Sale, Purchase and Registration; Ship Management and Superintendency. In 2002, OMS commenced operating Utility Vessels out of Cape Town, providing Off Port Limits services to passing ships. We have been involved in almost every casualty on the southern African coast in the last 20 years.
